Been so long since i last updated! Well still busy as a bee and am so envy that some of the mummies can blog on a regular basis… okay okay…. nagging aside!
Real quick… all done in 30mins!!!
*preheat oven to 250°*
2 ripe large bananas
1 cup baby oat and roll oat mixed
10g melted salted butter
Mashed banana with a fork and mix in the oats. Drizzle the butter in and mix. Spoon to a baking sheet.
Adjust oven temp back to 230° and baked for 20mins. Watch out for burnts!!!
With the current craze of tomato rice, i join in the craze too!
Just need place everything in and press start.
Rem to reduce the amount of stock as tomato will release moisture
Did another batch today and this is my 1st time i make without TangZhong…. Love the outcome!
Raw Sugar 1tbsp

Milk powder 2 big scoop
Bread Flour 250g
Black Sesame Powder 20g
Wanted to steam just 1 Rasin Steam Cake for R breakfast tomolo but i forgot to add oil and too little soya milk so fail big time.
But my never say die mode was on so i anyhow came up with a new steam cake and tada! Hub ate 2 🙂
Cake Flour 100g
Baking Powder 1tsp
Unsweetened Soya Milk 100g
Olive Oil 2tsp
Mix everything together and steam for 20mins.
Been really cooking and baking a lot after R started eating real food…😂
Egg White 115g
Raw Sugar 15g
Egg Yolk 45g
Unsweetened Rice Milk 55g
Cake Flour 60g + 1/4 Baking Powder – Sifted
Preheat over at 200°
Whisk yolk and molasses till creamy, add in oil and rice milk.
Whisk in the flour mix and set aside.
Whisk egg white for 5mins and add in sugar and whisk till stiff peak. Divide to 3 portions.
Hand fold (A) into (B) evenly.
Slam the mixing bowl 2 to 5 times to remove air bubbles.
Spoon into mould.
Tap lightly on table before putting into oven.
I baked mine this round at 15mins 200degrees as the mould were mini sized.
Tried to make a Fish Shepherd Pie yoday but it ended up as a Mash Salmon Potato instead cos I added too much water 😂 but I would still wanna record it down as it was Yummy IMO.
Carrot 1 medium size chopped
Green Peas 2 handful
Salmon or any fish
Potato 3 medium size
Heat up pan and using a little bit of unsalted butter, stir fry the carrot and peas. Add in the fish about 10mins later and stir till all flakey. Add in onion flakes and garlic powder. Pour in wqter and simmer till water is fully absorb.
Dice the potatos and steam it.
Once done, mashed or blend it with unsalted butter and parsley flakes. I have used my beaba so it ended up too watery so note that next round i will omit the water!
Fill half the foil trays with the cooked mixed.
Pour the mashed potato over.
I’ve baked it at 180° for 20mins.
