김밥 known as Gimbab (Kimpap) is Korean rice roll.
Something similar to Japanese roll minus the vinegar.

The end product… Isn’t it pretty…..
Ingredient: Rice, Fried Egg, Hotdog, Fishcake, Yellow Radish, Cucumber, Carrot, Crab stock, Mayo, Sesame oil, Seaweed sheet
*rem to precooked the ingredient except cucumber. Cut all to strips.*
Pressed rice to half the seaweed and place each of all ingredient mention above except sesame oil.
Use bamboo sheet and roll the Kimpap tightly.
Apply sesame oil to outside of roll and on knife before cutting.
I personally prefer the 김밥 over the Japanese maki as I was able to taste the ingredient more as compared to maki, only vinegar…..
